Ordering
Please only submit confirmed order, in any case of an intention to cancel any order(s) please notify us within the next 24 hours time span given.
Items will be sold on first come first serve basis, it will be prioritize to the first customer who made payment first.
Snapshot of receipt is COMPULSORY for all ATM transfers, for customers doing I-banking transfer, IB nick is required for all verification of payments.
All orders/verification mails will be sent within the next 48 hours at the point of time of order received.
Dead buyers will not be tolerated and will be blacklisted from all future purchases without prior notice.
**Remember to check your junk/spam mail in case the invoice lands in there!
Payment Options
We accept POSB/DBS/UOB bank transfers and Internet Banking. If you do not have a bank account, we recommend a cash deposit at any POSB/DBS/UOB branch. If you are doing an ATM transfer, please keep your receipt and send us a snapshot as proof of payment. Account numbers will be stated in the invoice issued to you via e-mail.

Local Delivery (Singapore)
Your item(s) will be send out to you in 1-2 working days once payment has been verified. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.
Normal Postage is FOC for all mailing listees. However, you are not able to track your parcel or in case of lost mails, ShopJunkYard will not be liable for missing parcels through Normal Mail. Thus, registered postage is highly recommended.
Registered Postage will cost an additional $3.74. Tracking code will be provided for you to track you parcel once it was been sent out. Alternatively, you can contact us at shopjunkyard@gmail.com for your parcel details if you did not receive any mail(s) from us. A collection slip will be at your doorstep or letterbox if you are not around when it was being delivered for collection at your nearest post office.
Returns & Exchange Policy
If you have received an item with a defect or a wrong item, please email us immediately shopjunkyard@gmail.com. Clear picture(s) of the defective item(s) and area(s) have to be taken and sent to us. We can do an exchange if the item of your choice is sold out, or you could choose another item of your choice at the same price/top up the difference of the exchanged item, otherwise, a full refund will be refunded to you. Defected goods must be returned within 14 days from the original date of purchase before we send the exchanged item(s) to you.

All items are brand new.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please allow 1-2cm differences of the actual product(s).

Please do not attempt to haggle the price/ask for discounts regardless of number of pieces you have ordered.
